Hugo Theme

The theme was based on Creating a Hugo Theme From Scratch and Templates of Hugo Doc.
It’s my first time to build a theme on my own and also first time to play with go.
There’re still some plugin I’d like to apply when I have free time.
The porfolio page had been removed for now and probably will be renewed in the future.
